Love Letter to Banned Books: A Creative Writing Workshop In-Person
Join partners in book crime, Venita Blackburn, Professor of Creative Writing, and Ginny Barnes, First Year Student Success Librarian, for a Banned Books Week-themed creative writing workshop. Participants will respond to creative writing prompts about the value of stories and the root cause of book bans through multimedia mediums of expression. We will collectively contribute to and create a Love Letter to Banned Books to be displayed and engaged with in the Library through the rest of the week.
